The HealVet pregnancy assay measures canine relaxin, a hormone associated with pregnancy.

According to the HealVet testing guidelines:

Above 3 ng/mL: Positive / Pregnant
Below 3 ng/mL: Negative / Not Pregnant

Always follow the current HealVet package insert and manufacturer instructions when performing and interpreting a test.

HealVet 3000 pregnancy testing can be performed beginning approximately 25 days after breeding.

Testing too early may not provide the same level of information because relaxin concentrations increase as pregnancy progresses.

For best results, follow the timing and retesting recommendations included with the current manufacturer instructions.
