Domestic Shipping (Continental U.S.)

• We offer free standard shipping within the continental United States (lower 48 states) for orders over $99 (post-discount and pre-tax).

• Orders are typically shipped within 24 business hours of placement.

• Processing may take up to two business days after payment authorization and verification.

• Shipping days are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. Weekends are not considered business days.

• Estimated shipping times are not guaranteed. During high-volume periods, there may be shipping delays.

• Backordered items will be shipped as soon as available. During sales, dispatch may take 3-5 business days.

Shipping Restrictions

• We currently do not provide International Shipping.

• Shipping to Alaska is not available.

• Shipping to Canada is not available.

• Shipping to International is not available.

• Hawaii customers: For a shipping quote, please contact Customer Support at Customersupport@k9reproduction.com.

• Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.

• Not all shipping methods are applicable for all addresses or items.

• Orders require a signature upon delivery for liability reasons; this requirement cannot be waived.

• Please ensure availability for package receipt and track your shipment.

• Orders with mismatched shipping and billing addresses may be canceled and refunded.

Liability and Delays

• K9REPRODUCTION is not liable for delays due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to government actions, natural disasters, labor strikes, riots, acts of terrorism, wars, material shortages, or delivery delays by third parties.

• In case of such delays, the delivery date will be adjusted reasonably.

• We are not responsible for lost profits, business losses, or other consequential, indirect, or punitive damages due to delays.

• Liability for any delay-related issue is limited to the total amount paid by the Customer for the order under this Agreement.

Customer Responsibility

• Customers are responsible for tracking and receiving their packages. We advise ensuring your availability upon the package's arrival to avoid any complications.
