FAQ:
Q: Do you take aggressive or severely matted dogs?
A: We evaluate each dog individually. Very aggressive or severely matted dogs may need a vet-style groom or shave-down for safety and comfort.
Q: What vaccines are required?
A: We recommend that all dogs are current on core vaccines. Let us know if you have any questions about your dog’s vaccine status.
Q: Do you crate dogs?
A: Dogs are only crated for safety when absolutely necessary or while waiting briefly for pickup. Most of the time they’re with us in the grooming area.
Q: Can I stay during the groom?
A: Most dogs relax more once their owner steps out, so we usually ask owners to drop off and return at pickup time.
