Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund or exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. All returned items must be in new and undamaged condition, with all original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please provide us with your order number in your email so we can start the return/exchange process.
Any Return will be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please make sure you insure the package and add signature delivery. In the event that the product is found to be defective upon arrival due to shipping damage, a claim will be filed with the carrier. Once approval is given a refund will be given.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at
email@example.com with a video of the damage.
We offer warranty parts for any items that may be defective, in the case that a part needs to be exchanged, please send us an email and we can walk you through the warranty process. Please refer to individual manufacturer product details or reach out firstname.lastname@example.org to ask about what kind of warranty is offered before ordering. Standard warranty on products is 30 day unless otherwise noted.
