Return Policy and Final Sale Items

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with it. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return it to us for a refund or exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

Return Process:

  1. Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at 1-800-658-5308 or customersupport@k9reproduction.com within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return authorization number and detailed instructions on how to return your item.

  3. Shipping: You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Ensure that the package is insured and requires a signature upon delivery.

Refunds:

  1. Restocking Fee: Any return will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

  2. Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  3. Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Final Sale Items:

  1. Progesterone Analyzers: All sales of progesterone analyzers are final. These items are covered under individual manufacturer warranties. Please refer to the warranty for specifics about coverage.

  2. Intensive Care Units: All sales of intensive care units are final. These items are covered under individual manufacturer warranties. Please refer to the warranty for specifics about coverage.

  3. Professional Grooming Equipment: All sales of professional grooming equipment are final. These items are covered under individual manufacturer warranties. Please refer to the warranty for specifics about coverage.

  4. Oxygen Concentrators: All sales of oxygen concentrators are final. These items are covered under individual manufacturer warranties. Please refer to the warranty for specifics about coverage.

  5. Ultrasound Machines: All sales of ultrasound machines are final. These items are covered under individual manufacturer warranties. Please refer to the warranty for specifics about coverage.

Return Policy Statement for Specific Products:

  1. Progesterone Analyzers and Intensive Care Units: These items are considered final sale. While they are covered under individual manufacturer warranties, all sales on these items are final, and we will not accept returns.

  2. Professional Grooming Equipment, Oxygen Concentrators, and Ultrasound Machines: These items are also considered final sale. They are covered under individual manufacturer warranties, but all sales on these items are final, and we will not accept returns.

Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at customersupport@k9reproduction.com.

Sale Items: Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges:

 

We only replace items if they are damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customersupport@k9reproduction.com with a video of the damage. We offer warranty parts for any items that may be defective. In the case that a part needs to be exchanged, please send us an email and we can walk you through the warranty process. Please refer to individual manufacturer product details or reach out to customersupport@k9reproduction.com to ask about what kind of warranty is offered before ordering.

Return Shipping: To return your product, you should mail it to: 25485 Palomar Rd. Menifee, CA 92585

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Please make sure you insure the package and add signature delivery. In the event that the product is found to be defective upon arrival due to shipping damage, a claim will be filed with the carrier. Once approval is given, your refund will be processed.
